Through my home warranty, Moad Services was the contractor sent to my house to diagnose the problem with my ceiling fan light. The service technician was friendly and very helpful; unfortunately, that's where the good service ended. He took the cap part of my light to see if it could be fixed or replaced. I rec'd a call a few days later from the home warranty company that they would not cover the price to fix or replace my light. more
