The front office staff is a joke! Anna asked me what teeth I was coming in for on the day of my appt.- like I'm supposed to know?! Do YOUR job and find out BEFORE I come in!! Not only did they MAX my yearly plan out BUT they conveniently ""forgot"" to send for pre approval from my insurance! When I was told that insurance denied my claim- the office ""manager"" said that I never asked for the pre approval and that she was not my insurance agent. I SPECIFICALLY told them that I could not afford the work if my insurance could not cover me- I spoke to 3 different women on 3 different occasions! Tara called me a liar instead of using any sort of customer service or asking herself - if at all possible - that she might have made a mistake?! Heaven forbid that SHE had made a crucial mistake- obviously I'm a liar and I never asked her to send a pre approval to my insurance! Now I'm stuck with a $1300 bill and was told to leave the office when I went in to speak with her about it. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she told me that she'd give him my information... Oh YA sure you will! Just like when you sent for my pre approval??? Doubt it! She just wants to cover her own behind with her boss before he has a chance to speak with ME the client that was treated outrageously. This place is a joke and Tara has NO customer service skills- BEWARE and don't waste your time!
