Very good staff. The dentist is wonderful, and the assistants help my 8 year old feel comfortable, even with the x rays, which are hard for her. Shawna is very good, and so is the male dentist, I can't remember his name. The front desk people are very nice too. more

The hygienist is so professional, thorough, and informative. I thought she was the dentist! She is very friendly and reassuring. The dentist came in and reviewed everything with me and treated me like I was the most important client he had. Also, he is very adorable and sweet. This is special to a 70 year old grandmother!!! more

I have been to this office 4 times now and they have been some of the most pleasant experiences at the dentist I have ever had. I was especially pleased with the friendly Hygenist Jaing who cleaned my teeth. And I was especially happy with my appointment today. I was having some pain with my temporary crown. The dentist listened to me and gave me his opinion about what was causing the pain and my options. I have recommended this office to friends and coworkers and will continue to do so. And I want to add that it is very nice the office staff know my name and recognize me on sight. It really makes me feel like I matter to them and I am not just another patient. more

The front office staff is a joke! Anna asked me what teeth I was coming in for on the day of my appt.- like I'm supposed to know?! Do YOUR job and find out BEFORE I come in!! Not only did they MAX my yearly plan out BUT they conveniently "forgot" to send for pre approval from my insurance! When I was told that insurance denied my claim- the office "manager" said that I never asked for the pre approval and that she was not my insurance agent. I SPECIFICALLY told them that I could not afford the work if my insurance could not cover me- I spoke to 3 different women on 3 different occasions! Tara called me a liar instead of using any sort of customer service or asking herself - if at all possible - that she might have made a mistake?! Heaven forbid that SHE had made a crucial mistake- obviously I'm a liar and I never asked her to send a pre approval to my insurance! Now I'm stuck with a $1300 bill and was told to leave the office when I went in to speak with her about it. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she told me that she'd give him my information... Oh YA sure you will! Just like when you sent for my pre approval??? Doubt it! She just wants to cover her own behind with her boss before he has a chance to speak with ME the client that was treated outrageously. This place is a joke and Tara has NO customer service skills- BEWARE and don't waste your time! more

My husband and I both appreciate so much the willingness and helpfulness of the office staff understanding the urgency of our problems (major pain for both of us) and getting us in to be seen and treated FAST!! We were both seen and treated within 2 days of our original phone calls and problems were taken care of! Thank you!!!! more
