How this company has 5 stars is a mystery. Upon telling our friends that we had decided to rent with Gage the reactions ranged from 'Why?!' to 'DON'T!!!'. Everyone seemed nice enough, although it was apparent that the front office had taken a vow of silence when at work, because nobody felt the need to relay important information to one another. Once we decided to move, things went downhill. Despite following their instructions, deep cleaning the house, and finding them new tenants, we were still treated like clueless squatters. We left with a pittance of our deposit, and a very bad taste in our mouths.
Rent from Gage only if there is literally no other available shelter, and you have exhausted all of your local cave, park bench, and make-shift hut options.
Actually... even then, still don't rent from these crooks.
