Jacob was very attentive to our community requests as the ownership changed for our complex in October. He coordinated repairs that were long overdue and graciously responded to new repair requests. We are starting off on a good foot with Gage Management. Gail Ellis more

I have experience with Gage Management for the past year and it has not been a pleasant one. My daughter and 3 other roommates leased a house and we have had nothing but trouble with A/C, Heat and plumbing. Expect some of that with an old house, but the timing it takes for them to act is beyond normal . Last summer the A/C went out and they did not fix it for over a week with temps in the high 90's. No phone calls, no communications. Took several calls to get something done. Last winter, heat went out and again it took a week to get anything done and many phone calls. the girls were freezing. All Mr. gage cares about is getting his $$$ and his team will not take care of you unless you get in his face and call him directly. his young staff is worthless and will give you the run around. I have had to call him on several occasions and each time he acted like it was the first time he had heard of the problem and because I knew of him many years ago, thing finally got done, but your kids will suffer for days in both the heat and cold, if something breaks!!! more

This company doesn't care about you or your family. They do not care what goes wrong with your house/apt. They only want your money. After you move they will charge you for everything. They will even charge you for things you don't have. EX: when I moved out they sent me a bill for 1900.00. Yes 1900.00. After fighting with them and having proof I ended up getting 700.00 back from them. They actually owed me a couple hundred more but I just wanted out so I settled. They are rude and the office staff is also their for a paycheck, nothing more. Any good reviews they have were actually written by the office staff, to try to counteract all the bad reviews. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. more

Great management company! I never had any problems renting from Gage Management. The staff, maintenance and my overall experience with Gage Management was 5 stars. I never had a problem with rent because I paid it on time and anytime I submitted a maintenance request, it was completed within 48 business hours. I am a reasonable person and Gage Management operates in a reasonable manner. more

The office staff has always been helpful and polite. I have had few problems and the one issue I had was promptedly taken care of and I also received a call to make sure things were taken care of. more

I have no complaints: Gage Management has taken care of all my requests faster than any other company I have rented from. My last management company would not repair anything. With Gage, they come right out and fix whatever I request. I will be either renewing my lease or switching to another one of their properties. more

Good Rental Company: The only potential problem with these guys is they will mostly like request a co-signer. When I rented from them I was able to obtain a co-signer. I thought they were a nice combination of hands off ...Giving the renter plenty of space and privacy...And also very responsive if I had repair issues. I really liked the apartment I rented from them. I recommend these guys if you have a co-signer, a good job, or good credit. more
