When the insurance company for TTU allowed us to go elsewhere we jumped at the opportunity. Castle has decent dentists, but they never stay. We put up with them for a decade or more and hated it. Front office lady is a tooth-nazi. Scheduling for a cleaning (which was free under dental plan every six months) was a real hassle, and they made it difficult for you to get in twice a year. If you have any other options, stay away from Castle.
