I Don't Believe It 9/20/2011

When the insurance company for TTU allowed us to go elsewhere we jumped at the opportunity. Castle has decent dentists, but they never stay. We put up with them for a decade or more and hated it. Front office lady is a tooth-nazi. Scheduling for a cleaning (which was free under dental plan every six months) was a real hassle, and they made it difficult for you to get in twice a year. If you have any other options, stay away from Castle. more

The Cookeville TN office was great and I really enjoyed my experience there. They should receive gold stars and an A FOR EFFICIENCY and PROFESSIONALISM! I will definitely be returning there. I enjoyed meeting all of the staff. more
