First of all, thank you Jane! I had heard good things about Continental Diamonds, and was new to shopping for jewelry. I wanted to find an engagement ring that was one of a kind and was looking for a wealth of knowledge to assist me on my search. Jane greeted me in a timely fashion despite the store being extremely busy. She must have spent at least two hours with me during the day on a Saturday showing me different bands, stones, and styles. I finally made the decision on a combination of an excellent stone and beautiful unique band, and my fiance fell in love with it and continues to get non-stop compliments on the ring! Value was also excellent as Jimmy offered a price I could not refuse! He wrote up a detailed insurance appraisal which made my life easy. I can tell you that I didn't feel overwhelmed, or pressured, or uncomfortable at any time through the process, which is amazing considering the magnitude of the moment for me.
