I'm willing to bet any good ratings of this place were done by the owner or his relatives. It's just too bad we can't give zero or negative star ratings. The person we encountered here was lazy, rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. He was obviously annoyed that his lunch had been interrupted by a customer needing a factory authorized repair. After getting the basic information, he rudely walked away. When asked for a receipt or work order, he refused, saying he would "call tomorrow". Next day, you guessed it, no call. A day later, still no call, so I called him. We picked it up the following day but made the huge mistake of assuming it had been repaired. Got it home and tried to use it in the evening. Same problem. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE! Deal with this company at your own risk. We're taking the vacuum elsewhere and advising the manufacturer to withhold payment and to drop this company from their authorized repair centers. They are a bad reflection on any manufacturer they represent.
