OMG, I go to this office at least once per month for the exact type of binding and shipping work. Each time, when I arrive, I am told differing ways I should have called them or notified them of the incoming binding and shipping job. Each time I again request specific instructions and the next time I am told that it was wrong and I should have done it this way or that. Each time I am told that the job will have up to a 24 hour wait time and each time, with me at the counter, it gets done within 30 minutes. Each time the tape binding machine takes varying times to warm up (minutes to over 1 hour) and does not work with the plastic front page (it does). I want to do this easily and the right way for them and me. I am not the one changing the rules each time.
