OMG, I go to this office at least once per month for the exact type of binding and shipping work. Each time, when I arrive, I am told differing ways I should have called them or notified them of the incoming binding and shipping job. Each time I again request specific instructions and the next time I am told that it was wrong and I should have done it this way or that. Each time I am told that the job will have up to a 24 hour wait time and each time, with me at the counter, it gets done within 30 minutes. Each time the tape binding machine takes varying times to warm up (minutes to over 1 hour) and does not work with the plastic front page (it does). I want to do this easily and the right way for them and me. I am not the one changing the rules each time. more

This is the only Kinko's I'll go to in this area for all of my "out-of-my-own" office needs. Go here if you want great customer service and close attention to each job that you give them. I only use them for office stuff (copies, binding, laminating) and they're WONDERFUL compared to the one in Beaverton. more

fedex is terrible!! 1/18/2006

Do not use fedex, and especially do not use fedex from this location. Their employees are not trained well; they don't know what services they provide. Someone was shipping a package to me and they were told that Kindo's holds packages shipped by ground (which they don't!), and now my package is at least three days late and is still not en route to the correct location....I don't know where it is or when I'll get it. All of the fedex people I have spoken to had different information on my package and were unhelpfull. If you ever want your recipient to get their package....don't use fedex!! more
