I too am a victim of this horrible owner named "abe". I bought 2 15" L7's with a hifonics amp, and the best MB quartz 6.5" front speakers and the best MB Quartz 6x9's for the rear. He said he'll do a Pioneer Indash (with no navigation, 'cause he said I have my phone for that) He did his calculations and it all came up to $3,000! He said, "You're getting the best stuff from this store, with dynamat in the trunk and the hood of your car. So there is no rattling what so ever!" come the day of this installation, I dropped my car off and returned later that day to see that they installed 2 12" JL audio w3's, cheap 6.5 MB Quartz and 6x9 xplodes for the rear. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!? This isn't whats on my receipt! The owner then said, "We dont have the 15" L7's in stock, so we made a "custom ported box" through your rear arm rest!" HELL NO! He then said "I can change the rear speakers to MB Quartz.." I just want what's on the receipt! He changed out the MB Quartz front and Xplodes rear for "The Best" MB Quartz Q series but then charged me an additional $300! I said I"m not going to pay nothing else. Scott said ('cause abe wasnt there), "If you don't pay you dont get your car back" and put my keys in his pocket! He called abe and abe started to curse my out! Over the phone! I wanted to call the cops but was already late for work, and I need the money from work to pay this ridiculous bill. Also they scratched a plastic part from my trunk and broke a board for my spare tire. The owner said he would order new parts for me, and to get back to him in a week. I did get back to him week after week and he never order anything. I called and he said it's on back order and that they dont make the board for the trunk anymore, and suggested i go to a salvage/junk yard to find my parts. DON'T go to this place! Customer service sucks! They don't care if they curse you out in front of other customers. And this thing named "abe" drives a Benz! Hmm, because he rips off all his customers! more
