Brought my car here a few times and can't complain about any time getting work done...the owner Abe is very nice and seems to know his stuff along with his other employees...I always get a great deal when i come here and usually get the work done pretty quick...now compared to what others say that seems weird because these guys are really good, don't know why they'd have problems especially if someone has bought many systems from them it wouldn't make sense to come back time after time if your unhappy...i think people need to stop hating for no reason and giving people a bad rep when it was probably them starting the conflict in the first place anyways...bottom line these guys know there stuff and get the job done right with no hassle or headache so i will definitely be continuing my business with them.. more

I too am a victim of this horrible owner named "abe". I bought 2 15" L7's with a hifonics amp, and the best MB quartz 6.5" front speakers and the best MB Quartz 6x9's for the rear. He said he'll do a Pioneer Indash (with no navigation, 'cause he said I have my phone for that) He did his calculations and it all came up to $3,000! He said, "You're getting the best stuff from this store, with dynamat in the trunk and the hood of your car. So there is no rattling what so ever!" come the day of this installation, I dropped my car off and returned later that day to see that they installed 2 12" JL audio w3's, cheap 6.5 MB Quartz and 6x9 xplodes for the rear. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!? This isn't whats on my receipt! The owner then said, "We dont have the 15" L7's in stock, so we made a "custom ported box" through your rear arm rest!" HELL NO! He then said "I can change the rear speakers to MB Quartz.." I just want what's on the receipt! He changed out the MB Quartz front and Xplodes rear for "The Best" MB Quartz Q series but then charged me an additional $300! I said I"m not going to pay nothing else. Scott said ('cause abe wasnt there), "If you don't pay you dont get your car back" and put my keys in his pocket! He called abe and abe started to curse my out! Over the phone! I wanted to call the cops but was already late for work, and I need the money from work to pay this ridiculous bill. Also they scratched a plastic part from my trunk and broke a board for my spare tire. The owner said he would order new parts for me, and to get back to him in a week. I did get back to him week after week and he never order anything. I called and he said it's on back order and that they dont make the board for the trunk anymore, and suggested i go to a salvage/junk yard to find my parts. DON'T go to this place! Customer service sucks! They don't care if they curse you out in front of other customers. And this thing named "abe" drives a Benz! Hmm, because he rips off all his customers! more

We have been going to this place of business for the past couple of years. During this time we have had several stereo systems installed our families cars, including having the tint done on one car. There has never once been a time that we have not had some kind of issue come up due to faulty work. We have sept several weekends there waiting for another system to be fixed or for the bad tint job that they did to be taken off and re-done. The only reason we continued to go to them is we thought they were honest, upstanding business that just might not have had the right person install the stereo or tint. However, after this final trip to their shop, we will never, ever do business with them again!! They were once again supposed to correct a problem with tint and after leaving the vehicle there for several hours, they had never touched the car upon our return. After asking for our money to just be returned, my husband & daughter were followed out of the shop by the owner whom was cussing them out the entire time. We have given them alot of business & refered friends to them as well. I guess we learned a tough lesson. We will NEVER go back there again!!! more

This place is the biggest rip off.We had atleast 6 different systems installed in our vehicles and have had major problems with every one of them.we have also had windows tinted here and had the same car done 3 different times before we finally asked for our money back.We have spent almost every weekend at this so called bussiness getting our systems replaced or repaired because of installer lack of experience.Then when we complained to the owner (ABE) he cussed me and my daughter out all the way to our cars.I will never go there again or refer anyone ever again. more
