The quality of service was extremely poor and the facility was filthy. It looked as if the floors and bathroom had never been cleaned. I arrived for what I thought was a routine cleaning with the hygienist and check up with the dentist. The dentist looked in my mouth for literally 3 minutes and I was told I needed a new filling, a night guard which I had no idea about and then was told "all set to go". I advised the dental technician I was here for a routine annual cleaning. She said I had to come back for a 2nd appointment. Reluctantly I recheduled my filling and cleaning back to back the following week. I came in now for the second time and had my filling done as was placed back in the waiting room "for a few minutes, until my cleaning". After waiting for 50 minutes I asked the receptionist if there was a problem. She advised I wasn't technically scheduled for another 30 minutes which was never communicated. At this time I had been away from work for 1.5 hours. All I needed was a cleaning and I've taken time off of work 2 days in 1 week, all to have never gotten a cleaning. I will not be returning to this dentist as the service and the cleanliness of the facility was extremely disappointing.
