I was very pleased by the care and service that I received. Everyone there is very attentive and caring. I had a filling come lose in between my 2 front teeth. Dr.Gabe froze my mouth, and I never felt the shot. I worried all weekend for nothing. His work is superior to any dentist that I have been to. The quality of service was extremely poor and the facility was filthy. It looked as if the floors and bathroom had never been cleaned. I arrived for what I thought was a routine cleaning with the hygienist and check up with the dentist. The dentist looked in my mouth for literally 3 minutes and I was told I needed a new filling, a night guard which I had no idea about and then was told "all set to go". I advised the dental technician I was here for a routine annual cleaning. She said I had to come back for a 2nd appointment. Reluctantly I recheduled my filling and cleaning back to back the following week. I came in now for the second time and had my filling done as was placed back in the waiting room "for a few minutes, until my cleaning". After waiting for 50 minutes I asked the receptionist if there was a problem. She advised I wasn't technically scheduled for another 30 minutes which was never communicated. At this time I had been away from work for 1.5 hours. All I needed was a cleaning and I've taken time off of work 2 days in 1 week, all to have never gotten a cleaning. I will not be returning to this dentist as the service and the cleanliness of the facility was extremely disappointing. more

I was so pleasantly surprised at the excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly.. The Dentist came out to me and shook my hand and introduced herself. The Student who were there to observe and take X-rays were VERY gentle, and asked frequently about my comfort, right down to getting me a pillow! They tried every possible option to ensure they properly checked my mouth for anything, and never once tried to up-sell me in any way. I could go on and on - Just make sure you Schedule your appointment HERE!!! more

I was happy that the dentist was able to fill my cavity without novacaine. I didn't like waiting almost an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I will do it again because the dentist is gentle and made me feel comfortable. more

MY teeth were cleaned and checked very professionally by Robin. She explained what she was doing and suggested preventative measures. It was one of the first times my gums and teeth were not sore after the cleaning. more

The wait was just short of an hour, but I understand there was an emergency case. I work at a dr office, so I do understand. Aris is very sweet and friendly and kept letting me know she was sorry for the wait. I was VERY nervous because I have put this appt off for a long time. The xrays started off badly with a new employee. She got help from Katy, so she was awesome. The dr was in a short period, did not introduce though. For being nervous, that did not help me. Robin was AWESOME!!! She did a wonderful job and I was very at ease and will def come back for my 6 month cleaning. Overall, I was happy. Thank you!!! more
