Just so other people know...they do use nitrous, but with patients who DO need it for extreme fear of all dentall procedures, they won't want to use it all the time and the dentist can be quite rude about it as well. I've known of patients with this fear and if they're willing to pay for the nitrous, why not make the patient comfortable? This is somewthing that your practice advertises after all in your flyers. As a result, several patients have left the drs. office in tears and in one case a cracked tooth because the dentist was so aggravated. NO PATIENT should have any kind of bad experiences, especially with a practice who uses the nitrous as a draw to new patients. Kudos to Wendy and Amber for being the ONLY caring ones throughout the process. I know most people don't understand the fear mentioned above, but believe me...IT DOES HAPPEN
