So scheduled an appointment by phone, great, fine, went really well. Showed up for my 20 min massage and they were running behind, I figure a few minutes, not a big deal. Half an hour later they finally get to me, only to walk be back for an eyebrow wax not a massage. Finally get that straightened out and I get out of there almost an hour and a half after the scheduled start time of my 20 min massage. Somebody needs to keep better track of whats what.
