My BackRub Store Experience 12/30/2011

I have been well taken care of each time I have visited. The techs seem to be sensitive to problem areas such as stresses. I am pleased. Plus the atmosphere is relaxing. more

Very relaxing 11/21/2011

I had a massage performed on Friday, November 18th and was extremely happy with the results. I was very relaxed. The only issue I had was that the walls were very thin, so I could hear everyone in the lobby of the store talking and laughing throughout my one hour appointment. more

Hair Appointment 11-3-11 11/11/2011

Kara is wonderful! I love having my hair done at The BackRub store. Always a great experience with her. However, the front desk staff is not always as pleasant. The young kid (I think his name is Tyler) is not very professional. Lacks common courteous, good customer service and professional phone skills. If it wasn't for Kara I would probably have gone to a different salon. more

Awesome!! 10/15/2011

I have given massages as gifts, but never had the chance to get one for myself. When my fiance' came home with a gift card for a massage, I was excited! I called and made an appointment for the next day. The lady notified me that with that time, there was only a male available. I was ok with that (I know some women aren't). Louis was very soft spoken and so nice! They tell you to undress to your comfort and they will come back. You are covered the whole time! Everyone was so nice, and the experience was great! Will definitely go back.. more

wonderful and relaxing 10/3/2011

The massage theropist/esthetician Janet was just awesome. Had a great experience with her. The girl running the front desk was a little dumb and inexperienced. Seemed flaky and unsure of what was going on and was not at all helpful. Aside from that my visit was most agreeable and I will certainly return, but will hope that someone with a little more customer service experience will be running the front desk. more

Wow they're confused 9/25/2011

So scheduled an appointment by phone, great, fine, went really well. Showed up for my 20 min massage and they were running behind, I figure a few minutes, not a big deal. Half an hour later they finally get to me, only to walk be back for an eyebrow wax not a massage. Finally get that straightened out and I get out of there almost an hour and a half after the scheduled start time of my 20 min massage. Somebody needs to keep better track of whats what. more

My massage day 8/17/2011

I called in for a last minute appointment and was so pleased with the quick result! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have had many massages in my life, but I must say that today with Janet was the best one ever. She really went the extra mile so to speak to work out the tension in my back. I would highly recommend her to anyone who loves a good massage. more

Hair color/foil/cut 8/10/2011

I have been in the Pensacola area for the past year. It is always difficult to find a new hair stylist when you are away from home. I found a great one I would recommend to anyone in Pensacola area; her name is Kara at the Back Rub Store in Cordova mall. I leave there everytime very pleased with her work! more

Great Massage 8/8/2011

Had a massage on Sunday Aug.7. Everyone was so accommodating (looking up a gift certificate that I had accidentally left at home!)and friendly! Katie was my masseuse and she was fantastic. (even when I HAD to take a call in the middle of the massage!) I will definitely be back again. Thanks for everything! more
