Employed as an information technology consultant to an East Coast Auto Dealership (of which they hold a franchise for Hyundai), I have been privy to the service delivery of a dealership and have personally witnessed what could go wrong in a service department. Needless to say, I was leery of having to deal with Southwest Hyundai. It wasn’t until the vehicle was returned that I realized just how much different the experience at Southwest Hyundai was from any other Hyundai dealership I have ever encountered. I am proud to say that Larry H. Miller’s Southwest Hyundai is a class act, and if I lived in Albuquerque, it would be my preferred dealership to do business with. I would personally like to commend the Service Writer (whom I believe was Jacob Hensley) for his professionalism and attention to the special needs in providing a loaner car.
