This moving company was great! Beside a normal compliment of house hold items and furniture, we have two specialty items, a Yamaha Baby Grand Piano and an 8 foot pool table. The piano is big and heavy but comes apart easily and these movers obviously knew what they were doing. All pieces were blanketed and moved carefully. At both my old rental house and my newly purchased home in Cutler Bay, the moving crew did a great job of making sure the walls, floors and doors didn’t get damaged by moving the awkward and heavy pieces of the piano. The pool table was a different kind of project. Having three thick pieces of slate connected with ribbons of beeswax, the disassembly and reassembly tasks were beyond the scope of the moving company. These movers know a pool table specialist and incorporate it all as a one stop reference for moving. The specialist came a day before the move and disassembled and wrapped all the pool table pieces for moving. After moving to the new house the pool table pieces were the last to be unloaded in the room designated for the table. The next day the specialist came and assembled the table. It was a large move with many areas where something could go wrong but didn’t. This was a full service move and we heartily recommend Regions Van Lines. Chaya whom was our sales rep was able to coordinate all our needs in a very stress less fashion. The moving crew was both pleasant and professional. We felt confident in their handling of our cherished processions.
