My child was in for a cleaning and the appointment took over an hour because my child was left laying upside down in the chair waiting for the doctor. My child who is 7 waited more than 20minutes for the doctor to come in and do her 'exam' which took all of three minutes. While waiting my child (along with everyone in the office) listened to two other children being treated through continual screams. My child even heard the adult doctor tell a child "if you bite me I'll bite you back". Is this really the lesson we want adult to teach a child. There is no comfort or understanding shown to the children at all. Fear and a hatred for dental care is taught. My child had 3 cavities and was literally scolded twice for not taking care of their teeth by the hygienist. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, especially not for a child.
