I had a drainage problem where my kitchen sink was backing up into the bathtub, after trying numerous snakes and chemicals, we broke down and called Roto Rooter Jacksonville. The plumber came out and ran a snake through the line. After about 25 feet he kept pulling out large roots. He then advised us that the pipe probably was collapsing and because we live in an older home, the pipe was made out clay. He then said that we should have someone come out with the camera to determine the problem. Plumber Tech #2991came from Roto Rooter Jacksonville and ran the camera and determined that we need to replace both the line under the house and running to the city. I must say that Roto Rooter Jacksonville has the best professional plumbers. They're very courteous and very informative. We are very glad we called Roto Rooter Jacksonville!
