I was really disappointed by my laser hair removal experience. I have done laser at several salons and I know what to expect. Their system with the carbon rub (to treat all skin tones and hair types) sounded great, but did not work anywhere close to other laser treatments. And, it has left my skin somewhat damaged, very rough and scaly, even months later.
I purchased a package of 4 treatments through Groupon and was hassled by the owner, Sara, who tried to no fulfill the groupon that I had paid for . She is incredibly rude and does not deserve my business.
I wish I had never come across this spa. My skin is damaged, the treatment ineffective, and to add insult to injury I had to deal with one of the bitchiest people on the planet.
Do yourself a favor and find a better salon with a better laser machine.
