Spa Sasse'

WORST IN OREGON!!!! This is the WORST business I've dealt with in 10 years. I bought an expensive groupon for salon services and was so excited to use them and see the facilities. Very suddenly, my baby got sick and I was unable to keep my first appointment with them, i had to take my kids to the urgent care. When I spoke to the spa, they had no care or compassion for my situation or for my sick child but just said "you miss the appointment, you forfeight your groupon". Ummmmm, my groupon cost $150 so I don't think so. No business charges a $150 fee for mising an appointment. !! I've now read many reviews on this place and see quite a few saying this place scammed them, after buying a /Living Social/etc deal and coming in - the employees then say you have to pay more or forfeight your pre-paid package deal...sound familiar?? Not to mention this place is dirty and the service is rude all around. I made SEVERAL attempts to call, email and contact them via FB, ALL we're ignored. After 2 months, I finally contacted Gropon and they refunded me in full immediately. I will NEVER step foot in this joke of a salon. Any "business" who treats their customers like that gets boycotted by me. There are WAY too many wonderful places to go to, don't waste your money or time with this place. Spa Crappaye gets an F for FAIL! more

This Spa is well worth the expense it carries with it. Not only will you get treated like a queen for the entire time you're there you will soon realize that your previous definition of relax doesn't even come close to how this Spa defines the word. It's worth the chunk of change for nails, massages, facials, waxes, what have you. Enjoy this decadence. more
