I was very disappointed in the Woodhouse Day Spa. I have even waited to leave this review to give management at the spa time to respond to my complaint on their website. I have never heard from anyone at the spa.
My husband and I booked two spa packages for the day and were spending well over $600. I was called the wrong name when welcomed, we were given the wrong massage for the package we booked, the massage was shorter than it should have been even though we arrived early to our appointment, the facials were not given together even though they were supposed to have been, and we were never checked on in between our services for water refills etc.
I just feel that for the prices and the experience that you are supposed to have at this type of spa this fell far below what it should have. In addition, their management obviously does not care about complaints to the point that they don't even bother to contact people when they make them to try and make them right. There are some serious training issues here.
Spend more money at this spa?? Not at this point. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to do so either.
