I have been working at the Woodhouse Day Spa for about 2 months, and I have to say it has been the best experience! I was blown away when I first walked in, there are aromatherapy diffusers throughout, one of them being right when you come through the doors so from the second you enter the spa you immediately begin to relax. I am one of the receptionists and I know that myself, and the other receptionists/concierge go out of our way to ensure that each client has the best experience possible. I was quite perturbed when I read some of the negative reviews here because we strive to ensure that negative experiences never occur. Now that doesn't mean they never happen, because sometimes there are mess ups. However, the owner Alan Reuter is the best customer service provider in that he makes sure every complaint is handled immediately and to the clients liking. He asks YOU what we can do to make this a better experience, and to make up for any and every issue you may have had during your time here. To me that is the best way to ensure that each guest gets exactly what they want and make sure that they leave here not only relaxed, but feeling that they are a priority to us. Also, the services we offer are like none other I have seen before. We have signature experiences that are unique to The Woodhouse, like our Woodhouse pedicure that offers reflexology, a hot volcanic stone massage on your lower legs and feet, a deep hydrating mask, and other little add-ons that make this the best pedicure you will ever recieve. And that's just one example of the signature services we have to offer, so don't assume our services are just "OK"...because they are truly outstanding, and you can only find out if you come in and try one! Now I know this review may seem bias coming from an employee, but I promise everything I have said here will be apparently true if you decide to come in for a treatment. You can see for yourself that our spa is dripping with luxury and indulgence, our staff is top notch, and that our owner not only provides you with the service and hospitality you deserve, but he really tries to get to know and build a relationship with each and every guest that comes through our doors. This is definitely a 5 star facility for anyone to come and indulge themselves, and it's not a bad place to work either! :
