We were having problems with the kitchen sink, nothing would go down and water was leaking beneath the sink from the garbage disposal. We called on Sunday morning about 9AM spoke to a very nice operator, she was able to send a technician out between 10AM and 12 noon.\r
At 11:40--The truck pulled into our driveway. Robert Boyle knocked on the door, introduced himself and listened to the problem. I thought the problem was with the garbage disposal and I had gone out to get a replacement. Robert thought the problem was with a blackage in the pipes after. He explained the process, and examined the pipes, he also told me the prices for the services if needed. He first took out my old disposal and installed the new one. He tried the unit--it worked fine but the problem persisted. He then went to work, clearing hte pipes.\r
He was there about 2 hours, when completed everything was operating very well. He checked and re-checked his work. He told me where to find the discount coupon on the web site. Robert Boyle was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was thorough and not rushed. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. i would certainly call him again to deal with our emergency problems.
