Metro Appliance was sent to repair our refrigerator through a home warranty company. On the initial visit the supposedly identified the problem and ordered the part. Two weeks later we still hadn't heard from them and got the run around on when the part would actually arrive. On the return visit, the tech said the wrong part was sent but went ahead and installed the other parts anyways - still no working fridge. We waited again for a couple of weeks and once the "correct" part was installed it still didn't work. Today on the 4th visit and 2 and a half months without a refrigerator the technician spent only a few minutes and just said he doesn't know what's wrong. These guys are either the most incompetent repairmen ever, or are scamming the warranty companies. They do half-assed attempts at diagnosing problems and take forever to respond to customers.
