@ last poster: anyone can claim to be anything on the net. i'm no brainiac but i find it odd that someone in periodontics would randomly arrive to Willow Tree review page. then comment. you didn't have an experience with them to share with others. you ignored what others shared of their own visits. may as well call them all liars. no. it came across pretty biased if you ask me.
i wanted to add my own unhappy experience with willowtree. the amount of complaints out there are astonishing. sad too. i feel for those worse off than me and hope karma comes through for em.
and captain obvious. of course you are going to see mostly complaint and negative on here. as any with no problem will not post. same could be said about the ones with bad reports that didn't share their own bad times there. the purpose for these are to alert potential new patients that these things have happened to us.
i took my fiance in to get his tooth looked at. a filling had popped out after 2 weeks. willowtree did the original filling. the very first thing said was that they need to be sure it's a tooth they worked on. O.o
afterwards once they saw it was their work. they began telling my fiance that he can't be putting things that may be too hot or too cold in his mouth. again O.o
they redid the filling. dr. ritter. 2 days and same thing. hes in pain and their drilling more to put a filling for the 3rd time.
we went to another dentist. would love to give her name but not sure if its ok. she worked on him once. explained what willowtree did wrong. he's in no pain and doing well now.
willowtree lacked manners. receptionists are very rude and uncaring. doctor seemed in a rush. no greeting and act like we were wasting his time. we will not be going back there.
