I have never been more disappointed in a dealership as I am with Montgomery Mazda. I recently moved here from AZ and bought a certified pre-owned car from a beloved Mazda dealership back home. From the one in AZ, my family has bought 3 cars and gave 10 years of loyal service so I was more then happy to purchase a new car 2 days before we left for NC. Upon arrival in Charlotte, I made an appointment for an oil change and to have some service done to my Certified pre-owned Mazda 3 that I had just purchased 4 DAYS PRIOR. Not only did Montgomery Mazda make me pay for the service that should have been covered by the certified pre-owned package, they also made me pay for my oil change (which was covered due to a service agreement package I purchased), and refused to fix another problem I was having due to it being "part of the normal wear and tear of the vehicle."
