I came in as a first-time customer with a nail in my tire. They fixed it in about 20 minutes, then handed me my keys and said I was all set. "Don't you want me to pay?" (me). "No, we'd just like you to come back another time!" Free tire repair in the interest of winning over new customers? Awesome! And, they were nice to my dog :)
