I came in as a first-time customer with a nail in my tire. They fixed it in about 20 minutes, then handed me my keys and said I was all set. "Don't you want me to pay?" (me). "No, we'd just like you to come back another time!" Free tire repair in the interest of winning over new customers? Awesome! And, they were nice to my dog :) more

Overpriced! Will do more homework next time and shop around. They don't seem to ever do just one tire . . other tire always "looks worn" "need to buy two" and then the cost to mount/balance/align is much more than in other places, very suspicious. Talk about the need for some investigative reporting! more

I've been a Goodyear customer for 3.5 years & was extremely satisfied in a different location. Well, I moved & now this is my local Goodyear so I was hoping for the best but it was the worst!!\r \r I bought some Tire Rack snows & knew what the pricing should be to mount/balance but I always like to confirm. I headed down early one Saturday morning & it went bad from the get-go:\r \r 1) The Manager's sweet mid-late 90's Chevy Tahoe (complete with rims cool in 1993) was parked right outside the door & customers were forced to park as far away as possible (this was an ominous sign of things to come)\r 2) The Manager was not the most friendly guy at the outset (& it got worse)\r 3) I asked for a quote for mounting & balancing 4 tires (specifically not mentioning Tire Rack) & got $148 back for a quote!!!
