My husband and I purchased a 2008 Toyota Highlander from Quality Mitsubishi in February of this year. We were in love with the car until two months after we purchased the car and the horrible alignment shredded our tires (please keep in mind that we did not get into an accident or hit anything in the car). We got the alignment fixed and purchased all new tires to the tune of $800. We called Quality hoping that they would stand behind the car they sold and after several weeks of indecision they told us they could not help us. We took our lumps and went on with our lives hoping that our car was fixed. Unfortunately it was not and the alignment was severely off again in a few weeks. We then took it to a Toyota dealership in town who immediately looked at the car and knew there was something wrong. The something wrong was a bent Lower Left Control Arm, which cost us $1,400 to fix. We again called Quality to see if they could work with us since they had assured us that their 125 point check
