I purchased an SUV (a Lexus) and it was a simple process...in the beginning. I opted for a Car Care Service Plan (which includes oil change, tire rotation and filters every 3000 mile for 3 years) and an Extended Warranty. I was assured that I would be able to use the Car Care Service Plan at the Lexus dealership (the Lexus dealership is fabulous and provides complimentary loaner cars and SO much more). When it was time to have my car serviced at Lexus using the Car Care Service plan, I discovered that the Car Care Service Plan would only cover $36 of the service, which was not in the paperwork for the plan, and I had to pay for the difference myself. When I went back to Quality Mitsubishi to speak with them about the lack of coverage provided in the Car Care Service Plan, they did not offer ANY sort of compensation for my out of pocket cost from my services that they specifically told me would be covered and said I should have just gone to their dealership for the services. WHY WOULD I GO TO MITSUBISHI FOR MY SERVICES WHEN THEY SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME LEXUS IS A PART OF THE CAR CARE SERVICE PLAN!?!? The only thing I was able to do was cancel the plan. The managers, Steve, Aaron and the Finance Manager, Jonathan, were RUDE, condescending and unapologetic. I was warned about this dealership prior to purchasing my vehicle and try to take these types of reviews with a grain of salt; however, in this care, do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE YOUR NEXT VEHICLE. more

Quality Mitsubishi = Car Nightmare 8/10/2011

My husband and I purchased a 2008 Toyota Highlander from Quality Mitsubishi in February of this year. We were in love with the car until two months after we purchased the car and the horrible alignment shredded our tires (please keep in mind that we did not get into an accident or hit anything in the car). We got the alignment fixed and purchased all new tires to the tune of $800. We called Quality hoping that they would stand behind the car they sold and after several weeks of indecision they told us they could not help us. We took our lumps and went on with our lives hoping that our car was fixed. Unfortunately it was not and the alignment was severely off again in a few weeks. We then took it to a Toyota dealership in town who immediately looked at the car and knew there was something wrong. The something wrong was a bent Lower Left Control Arm, which cost us $1,400 to fix. We again called Quality to see if they could work with us since they had assured us that their 125 point check more

They are a prime example of a dishonest car dealership and turned a positive experience of buying a new car into a nightmare. more

unhappy customer 2/23/2011

Had a vehicle in for routine maintainance, timing belt, valve guides, and some other work mainly to the engine. Two weeks later vehicle suddenly has a loud engine knock, and has lost all the oil, had the vehicle towed back to Quality at which time they decided that the problem has nothing to do with their work, and wanted to charge to see what the problem was. Another dealer andindependence repair shop believe a valve spring has fallen out and is now stuck somewhere in the engine, and the engine now toast. Think long and hard before using this dealer for repairs. more

BEWARE OF QUALITY MITSUBISHI 11/1/2010

I bought my 05 evo ssl from Quality Mitsubishi in littelton about 2 mounths ago. 2 weeks after i bought it i noticed a loud noise coming from the rear of the car when on a rougher road i pulled over opened the trunk there was nothing there then i crawled under the back of it and noticed that my black car had a red bumper that had bin painted to match the car at one time in its life and the bumper support is hanging from bailing wire just as loose as can be and looking closer i see that the unibody has bin crushed about 5 inches on both sides, so its obvoisly bin wrecked and the carfax that i was shown was clean so i pulled a autocheck and sure enough it was reported frame/unibody damage at auction as of 4/02/08 i call the general manager of quality mitsubishi and tell him what ive discovered he wanted a copy of the auto check so i sent it to him. He wanted proof so we put on the rack at mitsubishi here in the springs and they all agread it had bin wrecked. I told them that i did not wa more

I founf an Outlander for less at Quality Mitsubishi in Littleton 9/20/2010

I purchased a new Outlander from Quality Mitsubishi for over $1,000 less than Skyline Mitsubishi was going to charge me. I spent over 4 hours at Skyline Mitsubishi and after tons of haggling I left to think about it and then stopped at Quality Mitsubishi. I never told them I had been to Skyline. After 45 minutes they gave me a price for the same Outlander that was over $1,000 less than Skyline was willing to see to me. Quality Mitsubishi provides nice service and I saved some good money. more

Best deal I have ever gotten 9/20/2010

I e-mailed Quality Mitsubishi about buying a new car. The only problem is I owed over $4,000 more than my car is worth because I got screwed on the the car I owned. 4 other dealerships told me it was impossible to trade it in without any money down. I went to Quality Mitsubishi in Littleton and they approved and paid of my car. They did what they said they woudl and that is rare for dealerships to be so honest. more

I contacted Quality Mitsubishi via the e-mail. A real person e-mailed me back within 3 minutes. On my way to Quality Mitsubishi I ran out of gas because I was trying to trade in my car with as little gas a possible. I called and The gentleman grove out with a gas can and put gas in my car then followed me into the dealership. I bought a new Lancer for $800 less than what he quoted me on the Internet. I had a lot of fun buying a car from Quality Mitsubishi in Littleton Co. more

Great Service does still exist. 9/20/2010

Quality Mitsubishi sold me a new Endeavor. I went in to finance thinking my payments were going to be $515 and once I got into finance the finance guy found a mistake and my payments came out to $455. They were very honest with me. They have great customer service that you just don't find anymore. If you want great service go to Quality Mitsubishi on Broadway right when you get into Littleton. more

DISHONEST AND RUDE 6/30/2009

Two weeks after selling me, they came back with ridiculous new terms. Very high interest rate and wanting 12 years worth of documentation from my corporation. I have a credit score of 789, my business has an excellent credit score as well. My business owns 6 vehicles, so I know how easy the loan process should be and what data is necessary. I asked if they could do a business loan they said ""of course"", turns out they could not without ridiculous amounts of paperwork. When I wanted to cancel the deal, it was of course too late, they had already sold my previous vehicle. I later refinanced, but this company was very rude and dishonest.
