i hate to write a bad review about a company like firestone, but after many years, i had to write this. for many years, i would take my cars to firestone for a safety inspection, and i noticed a pattern. every two years, they would always fail me saying my tires needed replacing; which i thought very little of it. they would always sell me the 60,000 mile tires. we drive approximately 6000 to 8000 miles a year (close drive to work). the past 2 years, firestone failed me saying i had to replace my tires this is 1 year in between intervals same 60k warranty. i got a little suspicious and went to firestone, and they again failed me for tires. i then took my car to Windward Honda, and they passed me with no problems. I asked about the tires, and the service manager said it had ""plenty of tread"".
I can no longer take my car here.
