I made an appointment for a certain time only to be called the day of and ask if they could come an hour earlier. I said OK. I was then called back a half hour before this new appointment and was informed they were at my apartment and left and that we would have to reschedule. So we rescheduled for the next day. I met them at the schedule time (on the dot) and the cleaners informed me they had been waiting awhile even though I was right on time. I told them they needed to move their van to the other side of my building to be able to get in with their equipment. I said I was going to go upstairs and vacuum but the door and my window were open, come on up or yell up. I went down to check on them because it had been 2o minutes and they were GONE. I called Mass Carpeting and they said I was unavailable and they had left to the next job. I said this needed to be done today because my apartment lease was ending. They said they could squeeze me in two days later, after my lease ended. I said no, you better find time today after rescheduling once and screwing it up both times.
Totally unprofessional and unreliable. I would NEVER recommend them!!
