I was afraid that with the hurricanes and the earthquakes going on that my move was going to be delayed or cancelled. I had spent all my savings on this move and didnt have any additional money to pay for storage or any delays on my new apt lease. I called Nationwide Relocation Services customer agent that was assigned to me and they assure me that they will keep me inside the loop of what was going on with my move.
I am so happy with the outcome as they always called me to let me know when the drivers were going to be here and what I needed to do. So to all the employees that made my move possible, I give you 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.
