I genuinely enjoyed working with this company because they didn't treat me like a bothersome customer. Instead, they were elated to be moving me and gave me the kind of support that I really needed. I didn't know a lot about the moving process and they didn't leave me on my own at all. In fact, I probably got about 5 or 6 emails leading up to my move with very useful information. It had things about moving supplies, and packing ideas and even reminders to call my land lord and turn the water off. Basically, I felt as though the staff and movers were with me the entire time and they were willing to do anything to make my relocation a success. This is the kind of remarkable moving company I had in mind and it proved to be affordable as well. Doesn't get any better than this. more

My luck has never been the best, so naturally, I always think something is going to go wrong for me. But I am happy to report that this company changed my fortune a little bit. I had to move a few months back and I quickly found out that the summer time is whats known as “peak season” in the moving business. This basically meant that it would be tough for me to book a good moving company and everything would be more expensive than usual. Just what I needed! (insert sarcasm) Anyway, despite my fears, my moving experience ended up being cheap and easy. When I thought take a long time for me to get a moving date, it happened almost instantly. When I was bracing myself for a pricy bill, they gave me one that I could easily afford. Oh, and above all, the movers were punctual and down to earth. On delivery they forgot to bring the paperwork that they needed me to sign but it was a small setback because it was all scanned and emailed to me about an hour later. more

Yeah, I couldn't wait to start a new job and all but the whole idea of having to pack and lift furniture was NOT appealing to me for obvious reasons. My neighbor Charles told me that I should check out this company because of their cheap prices and he was absolutely right! I talked to the same person (Karla) from day one until my things were delivered and she made sure everything was okay. Oh, and other than a broken ironing board, everything was transported perfectly. If this new job doesn't pan out, I would be happy to hire them once again. more

When I first heard about this company from my cousin, I had my reservations. There were some bad reviews online about them and I didn't like the fact that the customer service agent I talked to couldn't answer some of my questions. But since I only had a week to get out of my old apartment, I ignored the red flags and signed the moving contract. They got the ball rolling on my move two days later and I was impressed at how motivated and driven the movers were. They didn't complain about the old school heavy couches or disassembling my giant entertainment center. They just showed up and got the job done. I can respect that. more

My moving experience was an incredible one. As soon as I got in contact with this company, I knew that I made the right choice. I primarily worked with a moving agent named July and she was nothing short of brilliant and knowledgeable. She was able to tell me about the different kinds of insurance options and even explained how different kinds of movers work. Immediately, I felt less pressured about the whole move and made plans to hang out with my friends. By the time the moving crew of 3 movers showed up at my home, I was confident that they would do an amazing job and it's now safe to say that they didn't let me down. Throughout the entire move I didn't have to lift or tape any boxes or worry about taking furniture apart. When you consider how friendly and affordable their movers are, hiring this moving company should really be a no brainer. Good luck with your move! more

I hired these guys in April and I was pleasantly pleased with their customer service and ability to pay attention to detail. My son is an artist so we needed to move a lot of his delicate paintings and art supplies to our new home. Nationwide was able to connect us to a team of movers that was assertive and really blanket wrapped all of our things to prevent any damage during transport. My move would've been a perfect one if it wasn't for a misunderstanding regarding my final bill. I noticed that I was charged for extra moving supplies that I didn't request. But they caught the error before I even got a chance to complain and apologized to me for the mistake. more

I needed help moving a 2 bedroom in Atlanta, GA to a house in Brentwood, CA and took my chance with this company. Even though they dealt at first in English, you'll get your point across better if you know a little Spanish. 3 guys showed up with a huge truck and started moving our belongings. We had a 3 piece couch and a glass and wood credenza that weighed a ton but they were able to move it carefully. I was pretty impressed. It took 28 days to get our stuff from Atlanta to here, but at the end the movers were efficient, professional and all-around good guys. more
