I am one of those people who never bothers to complaint. I am too busy to stand up for myself. I am too busy even to have fun and enjoy life. I don't have Facebook profile ! or another social network profiles! Nevertheless I took time to register and write about my bad experience with Roman and his Bradly Repair Shop. Roman is a Repair Specialist and he is available by appointment only. If you make appointment please be ready to listen and be interrupted a lot. But this has nothing to do with TV repair so back to the subject. Roman takes my TV for repair, installs USED part and gives me my TV back. My invoice about $280. I gave him credit card, but he refused to take it. He does not want to pay processing fee. Roman gives me warranty : 30 days - labor, 90 day - parts . Sounds good, right? Less then 90 days go by, TV breaks and the part Roman replaced is broke. Guess what ? Bradley TV / Roman does not want to replace the part. He does not want to honor warranty. WHEN I ASKED FOR INVOICE FOR THE PART he order, I FOUND OUT HE ADDED HIS $$$ ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL COST PLUS LABOR. Opinion: warranty means nothing / not honored quality of work / very job poor results promised, but not delivered I would not recommend this service to friend more
