Roman kept my old TV running and when it finally died, he helped me obtain a new one, and even made sure the cable was installed correctly. I didn't have to do a thing. Bradley TV Repair is a great place to do business. Roman is very kindly and professional. He always makes time for little questions and does what he say's he will. I found Bradley by accident a couple of years ago. He did have a very large shop, but like many business owners, he had to scale down to meet the demands of the economy. He has many great deals available for purchase. I know he does extensive testing to assure the quality of the equipment he repairs. I had an issue with my LG 35"" LED bedroom TV that I actually bought from him directly, brand new. After about 7 months of ownership the tv started to look like it was leaning at an angle. Within a few days, it was leaning a lot and it really concerned me. I called Roman and he told me to bring it in and he will look at it. I brought it to him the next day and went to work. Within about 2 hours, he contacted me to let me know he took the assemply apart and fixed it. When I picked it up, it was perfect!! He did not charge me anything for the service work, because it fell under the warrenty. I would say that Bradley is a moral, ethical and quality place to do business with and would recommend them to anyone. more

I decided to investigate different television repair agents after being directed to one recently by the manufacturer, which turned out to be a small nightmare. I came across Bradley TV, and for the most part the reviews are good. I realize there are bound to be a few not so good reviews. A former CEO of Ford Motor Company wrote a book and was quoted as saying “if my employees are working for a living they are bound to make mistakes from time to time”. As a former owner of a small service company myself, I can tell after one meeting with the company, if they're worth anything. I must say, Bradley TV Repair lived up to the good reviews I looked at. I called to drop off my 32 inch LCD. He was on time at his office. We then discussed what may be wrong with it. His estimate price was one third his nearest competitor. I left it and headed home. Within a few hours I received a call explaining what was wrong and also the particular circuit board was in stock. The next morning I made an appointment picked up my set paid my very reasonable bill. And after running my set for 20 hours straight it works as good as new. Company will not stand behind its' parts or service. The owner fixed my TV and a few months later it broke again. When I brought it in he said I have to pay to get it fixed again even though it was the same problem. They wont honor the warranty. I am very disappointed in the level of service and the quality of the work. I pray that someone sees what I wrote before becoming this company's next victim. God Bless more

I am one of those people who never bothers to complaint. I am too busy to stand up for myself. I am too busy even to have fun and enjoy life. I don't have Facebook profile ! or another social network profiles! Nevertheless I took time to register and write about my bad experience with Roman and his Bradly Repair Shop. Roman is a Repair Specialist and he is available by appointment only. If you make appointment please be ready to listen and be interrupted a lot. But this has nothing to do with TV repair so back to the subject. Roman takes my TV for repair, installs USED part and gives me my TV back. My invoice about $280. I gave him credit card, but he refused to take it. He does not want to pay processing fee. Roman gives me warranty : 30 days - labor, 90 day - parts . Sounds good, right? Less then 90 days go by, TV breaks and the part Roman replaced is broke. Guess what ? Bradley TV / Roman does not want to replace the part. He does not want to honor warranty. WHEN I ASKED FOR INVOICE FOR THE PART he order, I FOUND OUT HE ADDED HIS $$$ ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL COST PLUS LABOR. Opinion: warranty means nothing / not honored quality of work / very job poor results promised, but not delivered I would not recommend this service to friend more
