What a disgusting display by HMC. They are supposed to regularly inspect neighborhoods for violations. They somehow determine, in their 20+ years of expertise, that a yellow ribbon decoration on a house is a 'structural violation' when so many other houses had the same violation. Does HMC even inspect, as required? The President of HMC, that would not even be identified by name on the news or even appear on TV (Sam Hicks) then backed down from the demand and fine. Sam, you could have prevented this problem from the beginning by providing reasonable customer service - my God you advertise the 'highest level' of service. What's the truth, that the home-owner was Hispanic??? Just another display of HMCs utter incompetence and negligence. \r more
