My community finally switched after 7 years of using them. They were rude, useless, and could care less about their customers. I would advise EVER using them!!!!!!!

Worst Management Company in NC/SC!!! 3/30/2012

I have dealt with them for years. Can't say one good thing about them. Extremely high employee turnover. New person handling our community every couple of years. Reason is they pay so low. So, they are getting uneducated, unprofessional people. Lazy, never answer phones. Cut corners. Do not do as they state they will do. I can go on and on. more

Hawthorne Management Sux 11/30/2011

This company is by far the worst HOA I've dealt with. You pay them your monthly dues, but when you need something you can not get anyone on the phone. If you email them you have to wait for days for a response. We had a leak in our home, due to outside damage and it took 3 weeks to fix the damage(Which had black mold growing on it) and then they only done half of the job and replaced the base boards. Left the carpet that had mold and also everything under it. When I move i will be sure to never have another HOA. I will build my house far out in the woods and not have a HOA. THEY SUCK!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! Montana Johnson more
