Performance Subaru in Chapel Hill reminded me of their excellence this week. My Forester had an airbag light on, which needed investigation and remedy. Gus Alen received my car and managed the communications, and the technician (whose name I didn't receive) efficiently and effectively diagnosed and solved the problem. Compared with most situations, this was no big deal. What WAS a big deal to me was feeling respected and so well cared for by this team of professionals. Mr. Hendrick should know he has a great team at Performance. more
