Had windows installed in March of 2011. Had a few problems with the installation and called to have them corrected. Eventually, after calling several times the installation problems were taken care.
From the very first day we reported that there was a problem inside the window of the sliding glass door. Scratches inside the door were reported. This problem was totally ignored. I have called at least 7 times since then and the problem is still not corrected. I was told two weeks ago that someone from the manufacturer would call me, that the problem is not Colorado Windows and Doors. I have heard from the manufacturer (Alside) once and was told they would replace the door without looking at it. Have not heard from them again.
The people in the office at Colorado Windows and Doors told me that they had a LOT of customer service problems at this time time and are unable to keep up with them. The sales rep has been fired and they have different people in the office. I talked to Eric, who I was told was one of the owners; the response has not been satisfactory from him either since I can not get the service I need.
My other problem is that we were told the people who referred us to them would get $150 as a promotion. That has also not happened as of today. I was told several weeks ago that would happen right away since I have made them aware of it. So far, nothing at all. I have given them the name and phone number of the person referring us to them on three different occasions.
Last week I left a message on their machine, since nobody picks up the phone any longer, and told them I would report them to the BBB and to please give me a call. Again, no response. This is a company that I was told prides themselves on their customer service....well, I am NOT impressed and would NEVER refer someone to do business with them.
From the very beginning Champion Windows has been put down by the sales rep for their advertising and their customer service...now I am wondering about Colorado Windows and Doors. NEVER AGAIN...but I will pursue the problem I am still having at this time and will tell everybody about the lousy service I have received.
