Kevin Rains from Center City Collision has worked on three of our cars. The first was our Toyota Camry, it was crashed into twice. It was an older car, a 1999, but he was able to match the paint perfectly. He also threw in fixing the trunk lid at no additional charge which I really appreciated. Next, he worked on our Volkswagen Jetta, which had been in a hit and run. He did a ton of work to it, and was able to fix the trunk after three separate tries. I feel I can ding him a bit, nobody can be perfect all of the time. Next, he worked on our Ford Freesyle, which was just a minor touch-up before turn-in work. There were some scratches and dings in the bumper and there was very little work that it needed, so it only cost me lunch.
I've recommended Kevin to a neighbor and a couple of my co-workers. I've never met anyone like Kevin, someone who is so personally involved in his business and caring about his customers. Not like anybody you might expect to be working in an auto shop. He's a really good guy.
