Great Choice 1/17/2013

Center City did a great job fixing my car quickly and for a reasonable price. They said just because your car is wrecked, does not mean your life has to be. They really helped in this case. Not only were they fair in pricing, they got the repair done so quickly! The staff was very nice. They made the process even easier by working with Enterprise Car Rental to get me transportation while my car was being repaired. I would definitely recommend them!!! more

Excellent Service! 12/20/2012

Center City Collision was wonderful to work with. My car was fixed in record time, Kevin made rental car arrangements for me and made me feel extremely comfortable (as a female I'm often intimidated by car shops ;). They also cleaned my car inside and out. I couldn't be happier with my experience! more

They are honest and they did good work for me 9/10/2012

A gentleman backed into my truck with his van, at a parking lot at work, leaving my truck pretty damaged. I took my truck to Center City Collision because my insurance company recommended them but, the person who hit me, his insurance also recommended them. They were very helpful. They got my car checked in and set me up with a rental car. They did all the body work on the quarter panel on my truck and all the paint work. In the end, everything turned out fine. more

Center City Collision gave me a competitive quote and completed the work sooner than the estimated amount of time. It looks great. They did what they were supposed to do. I have also used them once or twice before this. more

On time, precision, professional service. 7/18/2012

Center City Collision worked really well with me and my wife after both of our cars needed repairs. I dropped mine off the night before, and they had very good communication. They didn't give one date, then call back and tell me it's going to be another two weeks. They're on time, on point, and they do quality work. more

Outstanding. 6/11/2012

I took my '96 Toyota T100 pickup truck to Center City Collision after the whole left side of it was practically destroyed in an accident. They went the extra mile to get it fixed. They did a beautiful job, it looks like the truck has never been touched. I definitely recommend Center City Collision, they're the best. more

I couldn't ask for more. 5/21/2012

Center City Collision repaired two cars, one of those cars backed into the other one. They had to do fender work, doors, and lots of other things. Everything came out very well. The people were friendly. They got things done when they said they would. The price came out to be what they quoted me. I couldn't ask for more. I am very happy with the service and their work on the vehicles. more

Great body shop that puts the customer first 2/7/2012

I'd give Center City Collision a ten out of five. Everybody is personable, and they're definitely what you'd call an "honest" body shop. The staff is straightforward, forthcoming, and always willing to work with you. I had a side impact on my truck and needed work done on my door and front fender. This is the second time I've had them do work in the past couple years, but I've known about them for five and a half years now. more

Fantastic service! They made getting my repairs done so easy. 1/15/2012

From the first call to picking up my car once the repair was done, Center City Collision made the process easy for me. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and accomodating. They even applied some paint to a few dings unrelated to repair they were doing, making the car look practically brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done. more

Excellent all around experience 12/28/2011

Center city collision was recommended to me after i got into a fender bender. I took in my car for the repairs and was impressed by the whole experience. They coordinated billing with both the rental car company and insurance company. I was updated a few times during the week it took for the fix, giving me a few details and to ensure me of the completion date. Most importantly the quality of the work was there. My car looks great again and the inside was also cleaned out (major bonus points in my book). more

Cosmetic damage fixed on front bumper of car. 11/18/2011

Sent here by dealer to fix cosmetic damage to front bumper of car. Everyone at Center City Collision was very helpful and friendly. They even helped me get a rental car. The repair was finished a lot quicker than stated. Everything looks great. more

Door and rear quarter panel repair. 11/15/2011

I had no problems with Center City Collision and they did an excellent repair job. As long as I am living in Cincinnati I will choose this shop. Although my car was released from the shop 3 days late, I understand as their garage was packed from the day I dropped it off to pick-up so this was not a big issue for me. As for the work quality itself, they receive an A+. more

not a better auto body shop anywhere 11/10/2011

I have used Center City Collision on several occasions (I have 6 drivers in my family). Each time they have done an excellent job. They not only do a great job on your car and are a joy to work with. But this last time they were amazing. They are getting better and better. In my opinion there is not a better auto body shop anywhere. more

Fast repair and excellent service! 11/8/2011

Center City Collision was very fast and did very good work! They did some body work on two vehicles after we just had two accidents. We used them not too long ago back in the summer. My husband had tattooed the owner which is how we first found out about them. Center City Collision was very professional and is worth checking out! more
