The doctor was great-the rest of it...not so much. Take the script and RUN! From the time we exited the exam with the doctor, it has been a struggle to get straight answers as to what is covered and what isn't and what I'm being charged for. To put new ""covered"" lenses in my daughters previous frames it will be over $100 because of required ""upgrades"". Don't want the upgrades, too bad. Ordered contacts for my son, should take a week. Then 7-10 days. Now it's 12 and they still aren't in. They charge $30 without telling you for a contact lens program that gives additional ""discounts"" that can't be used with insurance. The whole thing feels like one big scam, but we can't go anywhere else until the trainer set of contacts come in! \r
