Lets see, where do I start.... first appt I sat and waited 45 minutes after my appointment time, I was told that they were running behind because of computer problems would be at least another hour before I was seen. Rescheduled for another day, contacts were to be ordered and had appointment 2 weeks later, arrived only to find out that they could not find my contacts she didnt believe they were even ordered, rest assured she would order and was given trials that were not an exact match but close, one week later I call to find out the status of my order the automated system says there are no records of my order and while waiting for a real person to pick up the i was instructed that they were too busy to take my call. I left work drove to the location, beacuse the contacts were not the right prescription The doc gave me another quick look changed my rx and gave me another pair. I was never given a reason why my contacts were not ordered i didnt give them the chance to say they will, i took my script and walked out I will order somewhere else. Such a waste of time with them
