Typical Cox. Few locations, fewer employees and miles of customers ahead of you. Employees either don't care, don't know or don't have the authority to properly address cutomer concerns. Gimme Gimme Gimme is their mantr. My husband and I are currently engaged in a game of chicken to see which one of us will take the bipolar dvr in for a replacement. I've offered to just return it. As long as I don't have to park the car or bring another one home- i'd be happy to return it.
