My DVR wasn't working right. I located my closest Cox store. Noticing the bad reviews here, I entered with some trepidation. I arrived just as they opened at 10 AM. There were a number of folks ahead of me, and I envisioned waiting 30-40 minutes. But, my name was called quickly. I handed my DVR to the clerk. He exchanged it for a new DVR, no questions asked, and I was out the door at 10:08 AM. \r

I have had complaints about Cox in years past, but I don't know how they could have done any better with this issue than they did. If we are quick to blame, we should praise when it is due.
